This business is a family endeavor. We are thrilled about seeing the miniature golf course renovated to its original charm – with the addition of lodging options to accommodate the needs of a growing area. With the popularity of nearby national parks, high school sporting events, outdoor hobbies and recreation, and other events, we’ve seen an increased need for lodging – even for our own visiting family. We are excited to provide entertainment at the golf course and provide lodging that aligns with the small town feel we love so much. The combination of beautiful modern mini cottages with the classic western miniature golf course hits the right balance of luxury and nostalgia. We feel this unique lodging option will be a hidden gem for our guests and our community.

Our Team

Our business story begins with a family partnership, consisting of three sensational siblings, two supremely supportive spouses, and one dream. 

We are Ben and Kimberly Roberts. We love calling Sevier County our home. Kimberly, a native of Monroe and Ben, a willing transplant, enjoy being part of this wonderful community. Ben has worked in the hospitality business for 18 years. It has always been his dream to own a hospitality business. Growing up in the small town of Monroe, Utah was awesome for Kimberly. She enjoyed knowing her neighbors, playing outside all day long, and participating in all of the local activities. She has many fond memories of the mini golf course. She is thrilled about seeing the course renovated to its original charm – with the addition of lodging options to accommodate the needs of a growing area.

We are the Winters. Eric grew up near Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Mary moved around a lot because of her dad’s Air Force service. Eric is a civil engineer and Mary is a history teacher. We live in Mesa, Arizona, but are also building a second home in Monroe to be close to family and the business. We love the beauty of Sevier County and look forward to becoming part of this great community. 

I am Bennett Roberts and I live in Gilbert, Arizona. Family has always been at the center of my life and I am excited to be involved in this business adventure. For the last 15 years I have been a Special Education teacher. Previous to that I worked in public television. I enjoy gardening, serving others, and watching movies. I’m looking forward to seeing you at the resort.
